• Vertical double glazing glass washing machine is a special equipment for cleaning and drying the glass surface before deep processing such as mirror making, vacuum coating, tempering, hot bending, and insulating glass making.

• Glass panel enters the washing part from loading part, and then exit from the unloading part. It is mainly composed of transmission system, brushing, rinsing, air drying and electric control system.

• It mainly cleans flat glass with a thickness of 3-19 mm, and the maximum glass size is 2500*3000 mm. Transmission speed, wind power, water heating and other functions can be directly operated through the panel.

• Double glazing glass washing machine is equipped with a 15kw high-power high-pressure fan and stainless steel air knife to dry the cleaned glass. With wind heating function, hot air circulation, digital display of heating temperature, controllable and adjustable.

• Three pairs of brushes and one pair of sponge rollers, two-way cleaning; high-pressure spray to ensure cleaning effect. The washing part is all made of high-quality stainless steel, and the part in contact with water is made of stainless steel or aluminum. The water tank is equipped with a constant temperature water heating device and a filter system.

• The washing part and the water tank are made of stainless steel and corrosion-resistant materials. The conveying rollers are acid and alkali resistant rubber rollers, and the distance between the conveying rollers is automatically adjusted according to the thickness of the glass.
