How To Install and Adjust Aluminium Window Punching Machine ?

1 Environment and requirements
The press should be installed on a dry, dust-free, and non-corrosive indoor hard cement floor.
2 Unpacking in place
After unpacking, move the press together with the packaging base to the installation position, remove the fastening screws of the press and the base, and use the transport tool to move the press to the installation position.
3 Grounding
The press machine body must be grounded. When grounding, use yellow and green double-color stranded and copper wires with a cross-sectional area of not less than 2.5 square millimeters. After grounding, the resistance between the body and the main grounding point should be less than 0.1 ohm.
4 Connect to the power supply
Input voltage 380V, frequency 50Hz power supply.
5 Check the oil circuit
Open the back cover of the machine body, and the liquid level of the fuel tank should be kept above the center line of the oil mark to prevent the oil pump from being emptied. When refueling, use a 120-mesh filter to filter out the impurities in the new oil.

6 Adjustment
6.1 Press the hydraulic start button and observe the rotation direction of the motor (the motor should rotate clockwise when viewed from above). Step on the foot valve to adjust the punching relief valve and return relief valve, turn the relief valve clockwise to adjust the working pressure of the handwheel system to increase, otherwise the system pressure decreases.
Note: When adjusting the working pressure, adjust the blanking relief valve from low to high pressure. After adjusting to 20MPa, observe the pressure changes to ensure high pressure reliability. Adjust the return relief valve as much as possible, generally 1MPa.
6.2 Step on the foot valve, the piston rod extends, release the foot valve, the piston rod returns, and test back and forth several times to see if it works normally.
6.3Mold installation and adjustment
Wipe clean the lower plane of the punch pressing plate and the upper and lower planes of the combined die, put the combined die on the worktable, insert the positioning pins into the positioning pin holes of the lower template, and rotate the worktable until the piston rod is inserted into the quick-release joint to make the piston rod The axis basically coincides with the center line of the mold, and check the parallelism of the axis of the mold base guide post and the piston rod to ensure that the mold can be opened flexibly. Press the worktable and fix the lower template on the worktable with the pressing plate-screws. After the no-load test runs several times, the profile can be processed only after the press runs smoothly.
When changing the mold, step on the foot valve to make the piston rod go all the way, loosen the pressure plate of the worktable, and turn the worktable to the next station.
